We provide taxi booking services in Indore with best efforts, but we do not guarantee exact pickup/drop time due to traffic, road conditions, weather, or other unforeseen events.

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during the ride except as required by law.
Any information on our website is for general guidance only – final fare and conditions are confirmed at booking time.

Full refund – cancellation done more than 2 hours before scheduled pickup time
50% refund – cancellation between 30 minutes to 2 hours before pickup
No refund – cancellation less than 30 minutes before pickup or no-show
Outstation trips – advance amount (20–50%) is non-refundable if cancelled by customer
Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days to original payment method
No refund for customer-caused issues (wrong location, late arrival, misuse of vehicle)

We are not liable for failure to provide service due to events beyond our control (strike, natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.).
