Terms & Conditions for Taxi Services in Indore

By using our taxi booking services in Indore (website, phone, WhatsApp), you agree to follow these terms. Please read carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle & driver availability.
  • Confirmation is sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email after successful booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice in special circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: more than 2 hours before pickup time
  • 50% charge: 30 minutes to 2 hours before pickup
  • No refund: less than 30 minutes or no-show
  • Outstation trips: 20–30% advance is non-refundable if cancelled by customer

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer.
  • Outstation / long trips may require advance payment (20–50%).
  • Final fare is calculated as per agreed rate – no hidden charges.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Provide correct pickup/drop location and time.
  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities inside the vehicle.
  • Any damage caused by passenger will be charged as per actual cost.

5. Our Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

  • We provide well-maintained vehicles and verified drivers.
  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic, roadblocks, weather, or government restrictions.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the trip fare paid.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government orders, etc.).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our taxi services in Indore after changes means you accept the updated terms.
